Paying for your Cleaning

We have a number of methods by which we accept payment for cleaning. If you are in when we call we accept cash or cheque. If you are out when we visit you can ideally pay with our Direct Debit scheme. Alternatively you can pay by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

GoCardless – Auto-Pay GoCardless is a UK Online Direct Debit Provider founded in Jan 2011. Customers that opt for this method of payment will face fewer price increases. In order to improve and streamline our services, we are now offering to all of our customers our secure GoCardless Direct Debit payment system. This is our preferred method - in that we know payment is forthcoming it also helps to keep our costs down. If you opt for this method of payment it is reflected in what we charge. To setup on “Auto Pay” insert the first of your address in the box below then click on the GoCardless button below and complete the form - it takes less than 2 minutes to complete. Future window cleaning payments can then be collected automatically and securely from your nominated account after each cleaning visit.

• Payments are only collected after we have cleaned your windows – approximately 5 days after the clean.
• This is not a monthly Direct Debit.
• We do not share your personal details with any 3rd parties.

By Bank Transfer
To pay by bank transfer our banking details are as follows. Please ensure you use the first line of your address as reference so we can identify your payment and credit it to your account.
